1. Mechanical properties of the material: The better the plasticity of the stamping material, the higher the plasticity index, and the smaller the minimum bending radius; 2. The connection between the fiber direction of the stamping material and the direction of the bending line: The rolled sheet is anisotropic, and the plasticity index along the fiber direction is higher than the plasticity index along the straight fiber direction; therefore, if the bending bending line is straight in the fiber direction of the sheet, the value of rmin/t is less than the bending line in parallel with the fiber direction. When bending a workpiece with a smaller r/t, try to make the bending line straight in the fiber direction of the sheet to improve the degree of deformation and prevent the outer fiber from cracking; for multi-directional curved workpieces, the bending line can be angled with the fiber direction of the sheet metal.
