Abstract:
Determination of CNC precision machining route:
The numerical control lathe feed processing route refers to the path passed by the turning tool from the tool point (or the fixed origin of the machine tool) to the point where it returns and ends the processing program, including the cutting path and the non-cutting air travel path such as tool entry and cutting.
The feed route of finishing is basically carried out in the order of its part contour, so the focus of determining the feed route is to determine the feed route of roughing and empty stroke.
In the numerical control lathe processing, the determination of the processing route generally follows the following principles.
1. It should be able to ensure the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece being machined.
2. Make the processing route shorter, reduce the idle travel time, and improve the processing efficiency.
3. Simplify the workload of numerical calculations as much as possible and simplify the processing procedures.
4. For some reused programs, subroutines should be used.
