Stamping parts are essential for the rapid development of modern times, and many industries will have more or less demand for precision stamping parts. There are many common stamping parts, and today I will briefly introduce the following pipe or round tube stamping parts. Generally, there are three common processing techniques for square or round tube punching:
1. Bench drill drilling
Using a bench drill to drill holes in steel pipes can ensure the accuracy of hole dimensions, but the production power is very low and cannot be produced in large quantities. Therefore, this is not the first choice for precision stamping parts with large output.
2. Select a non-concave stamping die for punching
The use of non-concave die punching, although the punching power is high, the size of the hole on the pipe can also be ensured, but because the die does not have a concave die, the pipe will leave pits and sinks after punching.
3. Select a die with a concave die for punching
The use of a die with a die for punching not only has high punching power and accurate scale, but also has no defects and a beautiful appearance after punching. It is the most commonly used punching method now.
