2. During the use of metal stamping molds, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating standards and prevent situations such as disorderly placement and collision; In the processing of stamping parts, the working status of the mold should be checked at all times. If any abnormal conditions are found, the machine must be stopped for inspection. Only after everything is normal can it continue to be used;

4. Regularly lubricate the working surface and movable mating surface of the metal stamping die, and add lubricating oil;

5. Clean and wipe the waste residue inside the installation surface and mold cavity surface of the upper and lower templates with an air gun for every 50 pieces of small punch and every 30 pieces of large punch; Regularly remove waste materials, etc;

6. Stamping molds also need regular maintenance to improve their service life.
