Metal stamping process

1. Separation process Separation process is a basic stamping process that separates stamped parts from sheet metal along a certain contour line through a mold, also known as punching process. It can directly produce flat parts or prepare blanks for other stamping processes.

2. Forming process: The forming process is a stamping process that causes plastic deformation of the sheet metal in the mold without breaking, and produces parts of the desired shape and size.
