1. Maintain a good mental state. When operating the punch, you must maintain a good mental state. If you are not in a good mental state, you must not operate the punch. If you are in the mood, you must ask for leave from the stamping processing plant or transfer to another position.
2. Make sure to concentrate. During the operation, you cannot talk to others, let alone look at your mobile phone or make calls. Nor can you engage in any other tasks unrelated to operating the punch.
3. Have a calm attitude. When encountering a situation where the discharge is not smooth or the product is stuck in the mold, you must maintain a calm shutdown process and not be irritable.
4. It is strictly forbidden to enter the working area. 90% of punching machine injuries are caused by workers entering the working area. Under any conditions, hands cannot enter the working area. This is the first guarantee of safety for stamping workers!
5. Dress reasonably, wear work clothes, and have a certain tightness on the neckline and cuffs. For female workers, long-haired ones should wear a work cap and press their hair into the hat. Skirts cannot be worn to operate the punch.
6. Study the safety regulations and operation manuals of stamping processing plants, and regularly learn the safety production standard system formulated by the company to establish a sense of safety in production.
As long as the matters that need to be paid attention to in daily production are strictly carried out according to the requirements, in fact, stamping is not so dangerous. Just like driving, ensuring excellent car condition, attentive posture, and complete compliance with traffic regulations, you can safely hit the road. The same is true for stamping, ensuring excellent press condition, safe operation, complete adherence to the press operation manual, and safe operation of the press.
